Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to our website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.

Bookings

Before making a booking, please ensure that you have a suitable space for the presentation to take place. Specifically, the presentation space must be or have:

  • Indoors or undercover to prevent the impact of adverse weather conditions.
  • Large enough to accommodate the program participants, plus an additional 2 square meter up the front for the animals to be setup.
  • Wheelchair accessible to aide with the movement of animals and equipment into the space.
  • Reasonable close to parking facilities.
  • Access to 240V power in order for us to provide life support for our animals.

Please note, bookings are subject to the following conditions:

  • Maximum of 30 children or students per session (unless specified otherwise). Additional students will be charged at the rate indicated on the website.
  • The duration of incursion programs is 60 minutes (unless specified otherwise).
  • Animals are subject to availability.

After making a booking, you will receive an information pack from us with all of the details of your incursion at your nominated email account. Please read through the supplied information pack and contact us if there are any errors or changes to your booking. If you do not receive the information pack within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or please contact us via the contact page on our website. We will be in contact with you via email or phone to confirm the details of the event.

Refunds and Cancellations

If the event is cancelled because of any event outside of the control of The WildLife Movement, then refunds shall be at our absolute discretion. If the event is cancelled by The WildLIfe Movement for any other reason, we will not be invoiced for the incursion. We reserve the right to alter the date or time of the incursion but will contact you to discuss this in all cases.

If you need to reschedule the event, please contact us to discuss a suitable date and time. There is no charge for rescheduled events.

If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, please contact us to arrange a cancelation. Please be advised that you may still be charged for part or all of the costs for the incursion. Specifically:

  • For cancellations received up to 1 week prior to the show, we will not charge you for the incursion.
  • For cancellations within 1 weeks of the show, you will be charged 50% of the cost for the incursion.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will be charged the full amount for the incursion. In most cases, we will attempt to reschedule these events where possible.

If you believe that there are unusual circumstances surrounding your cancellation that may warrant a refund outside of the terms stated above, please contact us via the contact page on our website or via email.

Privacy and Confidentiality Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Only authorized employees at The WildLife Movement will use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to keep personal information secure, accurate, and up-to-date.

Personal information that is collected during the booking process or sign-up processes will be used to provide you with products or services directly related to your booking with The WildLife Movement. You may also receive marketing materials about other products or services that may be of interest to you if you opt-in to receive our marketing communications.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by The WildLife Movement will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Client records will be kept confidential and will not be divulged to any third party, other than any specific manufacturers or suppliers (if necessary) or if we are legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities.

Clients may request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Clients with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.
